QEEG/sLORETA Analysis After Acute Concussion in High School Athletes, Injury and Compensation
There are an estimated half million new cases of prolonged post-concussion syndrome in the US each year. Neurotherapists are well positioned to assist in the assessment and recovery of these individuals. This workshop will cover the acute and long term pathophysiologic changes in mild traumatic brain injuries, the electroencephalographic correlates, and treatment strategies in pediatric and adult cases.
